Not much today. Made killer chili, enough for the whole weekend. Roommate S moves in tomorrow. Room all ready. That's all. Go Steelers!

I will be pithy. Desired job I interviewed for called me back in for a second interview with store management. Yesssss! Keep good thoughts for Sunday (not just for the Steelers.) Roommate S dropped by with her deposit. Seems very excited. A very nice lady.

A busy day indeed. Steve the handyman fixed all the broken stuff that had been piling up the past few months. Saw the attorney. Of course, the divorce process is far more complicated than wifey anticipated. More money. The roommate service came to check us out. I guess they liked what they saw. We met a candidate this evening and believe she is perfect. A graphic artist I will call "S" to protect her privacy. She moves in Saturday. Great job Joe. Told my Mom today. Could not even call it a divorce. Framed it as a "trial separation." Hardest call I have ever had to make. Next hardest was the call I made when my house in California burned up three years ago killing my first two Italian Greyhounds and destroying everything. Good news, I am still in the running for the new job (with benefits.) Big day tomorrow. Handyman, roommate service and lawyer.

Not much to report. Appointment to meet with my attorney on Wednesday. Representative from the roommate service will also come out on Wednesday to check out the place and me. Handyman to come by to fix some lighting fixtures on Wednesday, too. Lots going on on Wednesday.
